For veterinarians · Closed testing
Emergencies that fit you. Not the phone at four in the morning.
Equimergency brings horse emergencies by push to verified veterinarians nearby. You see every case in advance and decide for yourself whether to accept it.
In the form, choose "A veterinarian".
What you get
Four situations from everyday practice. One principle: you decide.
Whether you run your own practice, work mobile or are just starting out: Equimergency follows your availability, not the other way round.
-
After hours
Put the phone down
Emergencies reach you only while you have set yourself to available. Switch off and the phone stays quiet. Your private number stays protected.
-
On every case
Accept flexibly
The complaint, history, photos and location are in front of you before you accept. You accept or decline. No case is assigned to you automatically.
-
On the road
Bundle your route
You see the location and the drive before you accept. What fits your route, you take along. What does not, you decline; the case stays open for other veterinarians.
-
Starting out
Build your client base
If you are still building your client base, emergencies in your area can bring you to owners who do not know you yet. You invoice the treatment yourself, as usual.
How case acceptance works
See the case first. Then decide for yourself.
Equimergency is in closed testing. We are trialling a case acceptance flow in which you review each case in advance and accept it explicitly.
-
The report
A push with the case
An owner reports the emergency. If you are available and nearby, you receive the case by push: complaint, history, photos, location and drive.
-
Your decision
You accept. Or not.
You accept explicitly or decline. No case is assigned to you automatically. As soon as you accept, the owner sees that you are coming and roughly when you will arrive.
-
The visit
Connected until you arrive
Until you are there, you stay connected with the owner by chat and a call with a masked number.
What is settled
What holds today. And what is still open.
We state only what is reliable today. Everything else we will tell you as soon as it is decided.
-
Licence check before activation
We verify your licence to practise before activation. Only then can you accept cases through Equimergency.
-
Push, chat, masked calls, arrival time
Emergencies arrive by push. After you accept, chat, calls with a masked number and an estimated arrival time are available.
-
The hold on the owner's side
When the emergency is reported, a small hold is placed on the owner's card. It is captured only if you complete the case; otherwise it is released. You invoice the treatment yourself, as usual.
